Deb Leamy

When not hard at work helping buyers and sellers realize their NYC real estate goals, Deb can often be seen in Central Park walking her Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Cosmo.
Having spent the past 15 years as a professional actor, 10 of which were both on and off the Broadway stage, she knows the challenges, trials and tribulations of every kind of obstacle to success. So it is with practiced tenacity and optimism that Deb serves her real estate clients, getting them the results they seek just as effectively.
This Providence, RI native, a graduate of Emerson College in Boston, MA with a BS degree in Communication, has enjoyed life all over Manhattan, where she’s lived since 1993. Deb has also lived in Brooklyn and New Jersey, and is a current resident of the Upper West Side. Her experiences as an actor have fueled not only her passion for New York City, but her excitement over the limitless possibilities available here – which is what inspires Deb in her real estate work each day
